Ready for a new week...

Last Monday I wanted to go to Micheal's to look at chains to add to my tatting necklaces. I never made it. I was T-boned in the parking lot! No one was hurt, but I feel like I have been 'hit by a car'! Now the fun part of waiting for the other driver's insurance to claim liability. Oh my. I should have shopped EBAY!!!

So, in the meantime I am tatting and this is my latest. Another Mixed Bouquet by Mary Konior. The thread is Lizbeth size 20, the color Tropical Punch and using seed beads. What's a girl to do...

Waiting for insurance companies can sure be tiresome! My youngest daughter was t-boned by a man pulling out of an alley when she was in high school. He tried to claim that she hit him... haha! His insurance company settled very quickly.

eBay shopping is a lot of fun, but I find that it is often more expensive in the long run, because I keep finding related items that I just have to have! : )

See what happens when you decide you NEED more thread! Glad to hear it was only your car that was damaged. Whew! Better stick to online shopping!

I am glad it was only the car that was hurt, and not you. Everything takes so long with insurance companies and then getting it repaired. Hope you don't have to wait too long.

Oh, I'm so glad you weren't hurt. Let's hope things get settled soon. But what a bummer you didn't make it into the store. I really like the necklaces you've been doing. I know my daughter's would really like them if I would just get with it and make a few:)

Hi Ladies..! I see more of my friends have been here. I don't believe I've seen your blog before, but glad I found it now!
So sorry about the car. I've had it happen, but thank god a long time ago....fingers crossed! OK, now Shari. Will have to check that out and see what that is. Have a fun weekend!

Thank you Barbara, for 10 months I was very upset because I KNEW I was NOT at fault! Then it came, a letter stating the case had been closed, followed by a check returning my deductible!
