I know everyone has had tons of snow....but we did a record breaking of 12 inches!!
Moving from Kansas City, Mo. I thought these 'snow days' were over...lol
As you can see in the photo...that poor tree! We have since removed the snow on that lower branch. It has tons of berries...which is bad enough.
For those of you that have followed my blog for a while know that soon the ducks (3) will soon be flying into the pool. I have my calender marked for the 27 of Feb. to be on the 'look out'. Momma duck will try and lay her eggs in the ornamental grass or under the hedge...I Will TRY and shoo they away, as not to lay her eggs...but the babies are just soooo darn cute! *smile*

I can't believe it's been a year since they arrived. It's gone by so quickly. Look forward to seeing them arrive safely soon
12 inches of snow?! in texas?! bet you're glad you got a picture of it! hopefully it's all history by now (we still have about a foot on the ground in iowa... but a little less every day). how fun that you have ducks that return and feel at home in your pool! bet the grandkids love seeing them. (o:
