I miss tatting but....
....I am having fun with making these Spiderman crochet afghans. I have made my 5th one in 2 months! Nuts right...5 down, 2 to go! I so enjoy making them, happy to see them go to 'good homes'.
You must have this pattern memorized by now! This (and all your others) is just fabulous! Such a clever design!
I know I'd be a big hit with my great-nephews (ages 4 and 18 months). I might try to make one for Christmas! Looks like something I could do in the car, until it got too big!

Please Help! I was doing good until I got Rnd 5. I don't understand this part. 1 dc in next

Is the ch 2 space mean the small shell?
